Due to a recent internal promotion (exciting, right?!), the position of Customer Experience Specialist is currently available for someone who is customer facing and detail oriented. The position is responsible for providing proactive customer service by taking incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in visitors. Our Customer Experience Specialists are responsible for thoroughly following detailed instructions and protocols to build out jobs in the system.

Highly motivated, EPA certified HVAC Technician with experience in commercial service (sales experience a plus).

- Provides preventive maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, equipment and Controls.

POSITION COMPETENCIES
- 5 yrs experience
- Have or willing to get the Indiana HVAC license, have or willing to get Kentucky license.
- Knowledge of the theory, methods, practices, tools and equipment of the trade
- Universal EPA Certified
- Knowledge of basic electricity and control systems
- Ability to apply the theory, technique, principles and processes of the HVAC mechanic’s trade
- Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics.

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to invoices and account balances.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.
- Associate degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
